What should you do if someone loses consciousness or feels a sudden deterioration in their health?
Sometimes a person may suddenly feel severe dizziness, nausea, weakness, or darkening of the eyes – signs of impending fainting. In such cases, it is important to know how to help before the ambulance arrives. There are emergency points on the human body that, when stimulated, help improve well-being and restore consciousness.
In this article, we will tell you where these points are located and how to properly stimulate them using the ENART devices that we use in our practice.

The first active zone is located under the nose, in the upper part of the upper lip – this is the exit of the posterior median meridian.
To stimulate the point, you can use the built-in electrodes of the ENART device.
Apply the electrodes to the point and press lightly. Usually, this area feels painful – this is a normal reaction. The impact should be noticeable enough to help the person regain consciousness more quickly.
Recommended mode:
• For ENART 911 – “CONST” mode
• For ENART 907 – “Constant 1” mode
Frequency – 60 Hz or 100 Hz.
The next point is located between the lower lip and the chin, approximately in the middle.
We recommend finding these areas in advance so that you don’t waste time looking for them in an emergency.

Another important point for treatment is the He-gu point.
The He-gu point is located at the junction of the thumb and index finger.
When pressed, this area usually feels slightly painful.
Apply pressure to the He-gu points on both hands for 30-60 seconds. This helps to restore consciousness and improve blood circulation.
A very effective area to apply pressure is the neck, where the carotid arteries and vagus nerve are located.
To help a person who has fainted, gently lift the carotid artery under the lower jaw with your index finger and pull it slightly, like a string, several times on each side. The pressure should be noticeable but not excessive.
Practice has shown that even a single application of this technique helps to quickly restore consciousness.

Impact on fingertips
There are many nerve endings located on the fingertips, as well as the beginnings and ends of meridians.
The ENART device is applied sequentially to each finger of both hands for 10–15 seconds. In an emergency, several cycles can be repeated.
Interesting fact: applying pressure to the fingertips helps to lower blood pressure during a hypertensive crisis, so this technique can be used as an additional way to stabilize blood pressure.
Important
It is not necessary to use all of the points described at once – it is enough to know at least a few. This simple knowledge can help you provide real assistance to loved ones or strangers in an emergency.
All the best, and stay healthy.
