The scale of the problem
One of the most common health problems people face is high blood pressure. According to the WHO, in the last 30 years alone, the number of people suffering from high blood pressure has doubled worldwide, from 650 million to 1.28 billion!
Lack of diagnosis and treatment
At the same time, 720 million people do not receive proper treatment, and 580 million are not even aware of their condition, even though diagnosis is as simple as regularly measuring one’s blood pressure, at least at home.
Causes and risk factors
The risk of developing high blood pressure increases with age and hereditary factors, but experts say that high salt intake, low physical activity, and alcohol abuse also increase the risk.
Therefore, even simply changing your lifestyle and diet can reduce the risk of developing this problem.
The dangers of hypertension
Nevertheless, every year more and more people are faced with high blood pressure, which not only worsens their quality of life, reduces their performance, and decreases their resistance to stress and other harmful factors, but can also cause life-threatening disorders of the circulatory system, such as stroke, heart attack, or heart failure.

How ENART devices help with high blood pressure
When to use
In this article, we will discuss how ENART electro-pulse therapy devices can help people with high blood pressure.
As a rule, this treatment is used to relieve acute conditions when there is no access to qualified medical care and necessary medications.
However, this method can also be used as a preventive therapy for the development of hypertension and other diseases of the circulatory system.
Structure of a treatment session
We will describe the structure of a treatment session using the ENART 911 biofeedback device, but you can also perform similar treatment using the ENART 907 device.

Treatment of the carotid artery area
The first area that needs to be treated in cases of high blood pressure is the carotid artery projection area.
Activate diagnostic mode
“DIAG 1”, in which the device can find points that are priority for treatment and signal when the minimum effective ‘Dose’ and “Zero” have been reached.
Approximately in this place, between the ear and the corner of the lower jaw, the vagus nerve also passes, on which we can also have a beneficial effect when treating the carotid artery projection area.
It is important to remember that with high blood pressure, the carotid artery projection area must always be treated from top to bottom.
Apply the device electrodes to the upper point of the area being examined and use the triple signal to determine the point in this area that is most important to treat, then treat it to the minimum effective “Dose.”
After that, move the device electrodes lower and similarly search for the priority point and treat it until the “Dose” signal is heard.
In this way, it is necessary to treat the entire area of the carotid arteries from top to bottom on both sides of the neck.
During treatment, the power of the device’s pulse can be increased, but the patient should not experience any unpleasant or painful sensations.
After that, it is necessary to treat the area of the carotid artery projections in motion.
To do this, activate the “CONST” mode (for the ENART 907 device, you can use the “Constant 1” mode). In acute conditions and with high blood pressure readings, you can set the frequency to 125 Hz (for ENART 907, the frequency is 100 Hz). If the pressure is moderate, or if you are performing these procedures for preventive purposes, you can use the universal frequency of 77 Hz (for ENART 907, the frequency is 60 Hz).
Set a comfortable power level and slowly treat the carotid artery projection areas from top to bottom in a single motion, without removing the device electrodes from the skin.
This treatment can take 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on how effectively the patient’s blood pressure is reduced as a result of the treatment sessions.
If during the treatment the device detects problem areas and its electrodes seem to “stick” at certain points, it is recommended to linger at these points for another 1-2 minutes for additional treatment.
Treatment of the cervical spine along the spinous processes
The next two areas in the cervical spine that we need to treat are the second and seventh cervical vertebrae.
You can easily find the area of the second cervical vertebra by touch. Simply run your hand from the back of your head to your neck, and where the occipital bone ends, you will find a small depression—this is the area of the second cervical vertebra.

You can also treat this area in “CONST” mode at a frequency of 77, but this time you need to hold the electrodes of the device motionless in one spot for about 3-5 minutes.
Next, move on to the area of the 7th cervical vertebra.
To find its location, run your hand down from the second cervical vertebra along the neck, and the first noticeable protruding bump at the base of the cervical spine will be the 7th cervical vertebra.
It is recommended to use a low frequency for treating the area of the seventh cervical vertebra. If you have an ENART 911-L2 device, it has an ultra-low frequency mode (also known as “Foll’s” frequencies, named after Dr. Foll).
In this case, you can treat this area first at a frequency of 9.4 Hz, then at a frequency of 9.2 Hz, and finish at a frequency of 6.0 Hz. In total, it is recommended to treat the projection area of the seventh cervical vertebra for 3 minutes.
If your ENART 911 device does not have this mode, you can perform this treatment in “CONST” mode, setting the frequency to 10 Hz (for the ENART 907 device, use “Constant 1” mode and a frequency of 16 Hz). The duration of the treatment is the same – 3 minutes.

Hand treatment
The next area we will treat is the hands.
Activate the “CONST” mode and set the frequency to 77 Hz or 60 Hz. These are universal frequencies that are used in many techniques.
The treatment is performed in a movement from the inside of the palm from the wrists to the fingertips. On both hands.
On average, this takes 3-5 minutes for each hand.
Next, it is recommended to treat the area just below the wrist joint. Set the frequency to 77 and hold the device’s electrodes in this area for 2 minutes on each hand.
Treatment of the liver area
Another area that affects the entire body, including the circulatory system, is the liver area.
It is recommended to treat this area in “CONST” mode at a frequency of 60 Hz, moving from the edges of the area to its center.
If the device “sticks” in a certain place, it means that it has identified a problem area that should be treated further.
Simply hold the device’s electrodes at this point for 2-3 minutes and continue the treatment.
Treat the entire liver projection area in this way, moving the device from various points at the edges of the area to its center.

Treatment of the sternum area
At the end of the session, it is recommended to treat the chest area from the back. When self-treating, it is convenient to use special external electrodes to treat this area, or ask someone close to you for help.
It is also recommended to treat this area in the “CONST” mode, moving from top to bottom. Frequency 77 Hz or 60 Hz.
As with the treatment of other areas, if the device “sticks” in a certain place, it is recommended to linger at this point for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Treatment of this area is very useful for high blood pressure, as many large vessels pass through this area, with the aortic arch passing over it.
If it is not possible to treat the chest area on the back, similar treatment can be performed on the front – from top to bottom, in the center and on the sides of the sternum.
Session duration
The session can now be concluded.
In this article, we have indicated the approximate duration of treatment for each area. Depending on individual characteristics, treatment of each area may take more or less time, but it is recommended to plan the session so that its total duration does not exceed 30-40 minutes. If you are unable to fit within this time frame, it is better to take a break, allow the body to process the information received, and then finish the treatment.
Important recommendations
If this method has helped normalize your blood pressure, it does not mean that the causes of high blood pressure have been eliminated.
It is still recommended that you undergo the necessary examinations and consult with a specialist doctor so as not to miss the development of more serious problems, as the causes of high blood pressure can vary.
